always meet on the 3rd. Wednesday in the month at 7.30 in The
Village Hall. In addition to our programme, we also join in with
county events, such as outings to London, rambles, Group Meetings
and Quizzes. New members and visitors are always welcome - we are a

This month we held our meeting at the premises of Marks and Spencer Store in Central Milton Keynes. We more or less decamped en masse and transported by a fleet of cars driven by our members arrived outside for six o’clock. We were welcomed and taken upstairs to the restaurant where we were treated to a selection of festive food and drinks. We were each given a goody bag containing some promotional material, a CD and a small sample of chocolate Yule log. The staff was very attentive and made sure that we had every thing we needed, including information about special offers. We were all given vouchers to spend over the pre Christmas period giving us 12.5% off our future purchases. Marks and Spencer are celebrating 125 years in business. The evening ended with a walk round the nearly empty store and an opportunity to spend, spend, and spend! Our thanks go to Mary Mason our Programme Secretary for arranging this for us.
We are looking forward to our Christmas lunch in a few weeks time at the Social Club at Cranfield University on December 9th at12.30 for 1o’clock.
Our next meeting will be on December 16th in the Village Hall at 7.30, where we will be entertained by the Hand bell Ringers. Do come and join us for our last meeting of the year.
